Shipping:
We ship via Canada Post. All shipping rates include insurance. You can expect your parcel to be received between 4 to 10 business days; however, delivery times will depend on the post al services in your area.

We are not responsible for orders delivered late by Canada Post. When an order is considered lost by Canada Post, according to their terms, we will either reimburse or replace the items.

Orders are shipped and delivered Monday through Friday. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours of receipt.

Security of Your Transactions and privacy of your personal information
K9 Excel have policies and procedures in place to ensure that information you share with us is handled in a safe, secure and responsible manner. We use encryption and other types of technology to protect and safeguard your personal information and transactions. This means that your credit card information goes through the internet using a code, and we are the only ones to possess the key to translate this code. None of your personal information will be divulgate to a third party.

Pricing:
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars. Prices, inventory and availability of all products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit or turn down sales.

Every effort is taken to ensure the accuracy of prices, sizes, and colors listed on this site. Being human, however, we cannot al ways control posting errors and omissions. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience that these may cause.

Defective products:
Products must be inspected and tested upon receipt. If a product is found to be defective upon delivery or within the return period, it can be returned to our offices for replacement or a refund. After the return period, the product becomes the responsibility of the manufacturer according to the terms of the warranty. Keep your original bill as proof of purchase.

Returns:
The return period is 30 days following shipping date. After the 30 day period, we cannot allow any exchange. The dog diaper itself must be in the same brand new condition and unsoiled, unwashed not used for urine collection, with all of the tags attached in its original packaging and must be in a suitable state for resale. If the diaper itself has been used or washed, we will not accept for any exchange. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that may not meet hygiene and health regulations.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the article is well and securely packed so as to avoid damage during shipping. Postage and shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot refund shipping charges. We do not accept COD charges.

For an exchange, you are responsible for the cost of returning the merchandise. Your shipping cost will be reimbursed should a product be found defective or not as ordered. Please include your client number, invoice number, name and address, daytime phone number, and the reason for returning the product.

We do want you to be happy with your purchase, please contact us with any questions or concerns.

If any item is returned to us in violation of our return policy, we will not accept for your exchange, and you will be responsible for the postage for us to ship the dog diaper back to you. 

Unavailable products:
If the goods you have ordered are not available, we will communicate with you.
